Reiki I
Learn the history, theory, and applications of Reiki, a Japanese healing technique. In this one-day training, we will explore energetic anatomy and protection, ethics, self-healing, and the step-by-step process for conducting a Reiki session. Students will be attuned to Reiki energy and have the opportunity to practice giving Reiki to themselves and others.
Investment: $200
Reiki II
In the second degree training, participants will expand upon the skills they learned in Level I and acquire new ways to work with Reiki energy. We will explore distance healing techniques, Reiki for animals, Reiki for emotional healing, using Reiki to manifest goals, and classic Japanese Reiki techniques. Students will receive another attunement, learn three symbols, and have the opportunity to practice giving Reiki using their new symbols and techniques.

Reiki Master Practitioner (Reiki III)
In Level III, or Reiki Master Practitioner training, students will learn the Reiki moving meditation, aura clearing techniques, and how to use single crystals and crystal grids for healing. In addition, participants will experience a meditation to meet their highest Reiki guide, receive another attunement, and be given the Master symbol. There will be plenty of time for practice, questions, and integration.

Reiki Master Teacher Training
This Reiki Master Teacher Training is for experienced Reiki practitioners looking to take what they’ve learned and share it with others. Students will receive their Master Teacher attunement and Tibetan attunement symbols. Together, we will explore the step-by-step process for giving an attunement using the violet breath method and spend lots of time practicing. We will review how to plan and advertise Reiki classes of all levels, as well as other business aspects of teaching and creating a thriving Reiki practice.

Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Teacher Training
This 3-day class is for anyone who has had Reiki Master training, and has at least one year experience working at the master level. Students who have taken Level 3 with me and want to advance can choose between this class or the Usui Reiki Master Teacher Training. This class is also beneficial for classically trained Reiki Master Teachers who are looking to explore other schools of Reiki.
The Holy Fire® Karuna energy provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It supports you in becoming your authentic self and aligning with your purpose. It is also beneficial for healing religious trauma. Many students find the attunements or placements to be quite profound.
Individuals who take the class will be able to use the symbols in their Reiki sessions and teach all levels of Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki®. This class is complete with eight practitioner symbols, one master symbol, three ignitions and two meditations that are guided directly by the Holy Fire®. In addition, the Holy Fire® attunements are also demonstrated and taught for Reiki I, 2, and 3 so that the students will be able to teach all levels of Reiki as Holy Fire® classes, if they choose.
Students will receive an in-depth manual that can be used to support your learning, practice, and future teaching.

Reiki Mentorship
Reiki mentorship is an opportunity to continue learning and advancing your skills following your formal Reiki training. There are countless approaches to teaching Reiki and so much variation in content and techniques offered from teacher to teacher. There is always more to learn!
This program is open to students who have trained with me and students of other teachers. Mentorship is an excellent way to hold yourself accountable for regular practice when just beginning your Reiki journey. It’s also a great way to reignite your passion for Reiki if you are not new, but haven’t channeled the energy in some time. Finally, mentorship is appropriate for my fellow Reiki nerds who are passionate about learning and exploring Reiki in every way possible with like-minded individuals.
Basic mentorship includes a monthly zoom call and practice session, as well as recommended reading and independent study suggestions. Advanced mentorship includes all of the above plus case studies, shadow sessions, and additional attunements. 3, 6, and 9 month programs are available. Reiki Mentorship – Single Session
Receive all the benefits of the mentorship program described above, without the commitment. Mentorship sessions are shaped around your needs and interests and may include practice, conversation, Q&A, and self-study recommendations. Virtual and in-person meetings are available. Single sessions are 60 minutes long.
